Where confidence adds up

Your Child Might Not Need Another Tutor.

They might need an Academic Performance Program.

Some of the smartest students still underperform on tests—not because they don't know the material, but because something breaks down under pressure.

They rush. Freeze. Second-guess. Misread. Run out of time.

Another hour of explaining the material won’t fix a performance problem.

"This wasn't another tutor."

It completely changed how my son approached tests.

"Why isn't the score changing?"

Your child studies.
They seem prepared.
Then the test comes back...

And the score still doesn't match what they're capable of.

On the drive home, you hear:

"I knew that."
"I just ran out of time."

"I changed my answer."
"I don't know what happened."

If this sounds familiar, you don’t need to schedule another random tutoring session.

You need to identify what is actually causing the score.

Some Parents Wait for the Bad Grade.

Others Prepare Before It Happens.

Count On Me Tutoring is built for families who don’t want to keep reacting to disappointing scores, unfinished tests, and the same explanations after every exam.

We don’t offer random hourly tutoring.

We identify the breakdown, build the performance plan, and train the student to execute independently.

We Don’t Repeat the Classroom Slower.

Traditional tutoring assumes the student needs more explanation. We determine what is actually preventing the student from performing—and build the program around that.

The goal isn't to get the next question right. The goal is to build a student who can think through the next thousand questions.

Our Performance Thinking Process

Every student at Count On Me Tutoring is trained using our proprietary Performance Thinking Process™—a structured framework designed to develop independent thinking, sound judgment, and confident decision-making under pressure.

Traditional tutoring often asks:

"Did you get the answer?"

We ask:

• What is the question actually asking?

• What's your plan?

• Why this answer?

• What almost made you choose another one?

• How can you prove you're right?

Performance Thinking Process™

Question → Plan → Reasoning → Proof → Independent Thinker

Every student is expected to verbalize their thinking.

Not because we need them to explain the answer to us.

Because they need to learn how to think for themselves.

These are the same thinking habits students rely on when they're sitting alone during an exam.

This is how students become less dependent on tutoring over time—not more.

The goal isn't to get the next question right. The goal is to build a student who can think through the next thousand questions.

Sessions Are Not a Strategy.

Most tutoring begins by asking, "When would you like your first session?"

We begin by asking, "What's actually preventing this student from performing?"

🎯 Formal Evaluation Before Recommendations

📈 Personalized Academic Performance Plan

📝 Formal Progress Reports Showing What Is Changing

✅ Accountability Throughout the Program

You shouldn’t have to manage the tutoring. That’s our job.

We assess the problem, build the plan, monitor progress, and adjust when necessary—so you’re not left wondering what your child needs next.

Most tutoring starts with sessions.

We start with the cause.

This Is Not for Every Family.

This is for parents who want to understand the problem before paying for more sessions.

Parents who expect structure, accountability, and formal progress reports showing exactly what is changing.

Parents who would rather prepare before the bad grade than explain it afterward.

If that sounds like you, the first step is a Professional Evaluation & Strategy Session.

To provide individualized planning, direct oversight, and consistent accountability, Count On Me Tutoring accepts only five students total at a time.

Every family begins with a Professional Evaluation & Strategy Session conducted personally by Julie.

No generic recommendations.

No random collection of tutoring hours.

First, we find the cause. Then we build the plan.
